Nowadays most websites support RSS autofeed system where you can share stuff from one site to another. For eg. in facebook you can set up to automatically submit blog posts to notes via your blog’s rss feed. Other useful use can be if you want to subscribe to only few categories on a wordpress blog, then you can combine multiple wordpress category feeds into a single one and then subscribe to it.
Also if you have multiple accounts for Flickr, Youtube, Blog and Twitter. Then you can combine their feeds together to create your Lifestream feed and share it on facebook etc.
