How Do You Make Money ? As an advert is displayed on the shortened URL they reward you for bringing attention to the advert by crediting $0.003 per unique visitor that views the advert.
How Do You get Paid ? You will be paid on the first of every month by paypal if your balance is over $10. If your balance is not over $10, not to worry your earnings will be carried over to the following month.
Why it might be Useful ? If you share a lot of links on digg, twitter and facebook etc… or run a forum etc, you can shorten download links or other urls… and earn some money of it. But note they are paying $0.003. So you need 1000 unique views to generate 3$ (better than many ecpm networks)
